Job Title : Manufactured Housing Business/Operations AnalystJob Duties :
Analyze information obtained from management in order to conceptualize and define operational problems related to loan and financing products in the Manufactured Housing Industry and focus on the strategic and information needs of Western Finance, Inc. Collaborate with senior managers and decision-makers to identify and solve a variety of problems, and to clarify management objectives. Conceive and implement software systems using Object Oriented Design / Development using C++ and Java to enhance the corporate strategic position. Recommend business and information technology decisions that will result in increased business turnover, minimize operating inefficiencies in transaction turn-around-time and streamline the loan processes. Design and implement improvements to the corporate database using SQL on Novell, Windows NT Server and Linux platforms. Analyze financial and transactional systems that contribute to management decision-making process. Introduce and redesign information security and operational processes to allow secure access to data over the Internet.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar field and five years of progressive experience in job offered or as IT Consultant and/or college-level lecturer in Info Systems or Computer Science.
